Each order is carefully packed and shipped with intention to ensure your products arrive safely and in excellent condition.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

During launches, promotions, or high-order periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped through USPS using tracked shipping services.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Free Shipping

Free standard shipping is available on qualifying U.S. orders of $70 or more before taxes and discounts.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Balanced & Uniquely You Collection is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.

Delays

Shipping delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • USPS or carrier disruptions
  • Weather conditions
  • Holidays
  • Customs processing
  • Incorrect address information

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, or if your package appears lost in transit, please contact us within 3 days of delivery or tracking confirmation.

  • Photos of damaged items or packaging if applicable
