At Balanced & Uniquely You Collection, each product is carefully handcrafted in small batches using high-quality botanical ingredients. Due to the nature of personal care products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept return requests only for:

  • Items that arrive damaged
  • Incorrect items received
  • Products lost in transit and confirmed by the carrier

Non-Returnable Items
